Shri Raas Granth : Prakaran 4 : Verse 6 – 12
Mahemahe vichaar j kartaa, vaat j kartaa eh |
Aatam sahuni ekaj dise, jujvi te dise deh ||6||
Collectively whenever we used to meet and think then we used to talk about Shri Krishna (our beloved husband) only. Our souls were one, only our bodies were different.
Nis divas valajisu vaato, raamat kartaa jaay |
Khinmatra jo algaa thai, to vichhodo khin na khamaay ||7||
Day and night we used to talk with Shri Krishna in Vraj. And the days used to pass playing with Him. If we used to be distant even for a second then the pain of separation would become intolerable.
Vividh vilas valajisu kartaa, puran manorath thaay |
Jyare vachharda lai van padhaare, tyaare rovtaa din jaay ||8||
All our wishes used to get fulfilled by different pleasures which we used to have with our Beloved Dhani. When Shri Krishna used to go in the forests with the cows and the calves then our days used to pass weeping.
Daan leelani raamat kartaa, maathe mahi makhan-no bhaar |
Vachan rangna uthalaa vaalta, ramtaa van manjhaar ||9||
(While going to sell curd, butter on the way known as Daan leela) The pot filled with butter or curd used to be on our heads. At such time fondly we all used to talk with laughter in the forest.
Vraj Narsaiya pragat kidhu, ati ghanaa vachan vivek |
Ae vachan joine chaaliye, to aapan thai visek ||10||
Narsinh Mehta (the devotee) has very precisely sung the songs of Vraj leela. On pondering upon his words we will be able to understand the prime importance of Vraj Leela.
Vrajleela ati moti che, jo jo Narsaiya vachan pramaan |
Ae paglaa sarve aapanaa, tame jaani sako te jaan ||11||
Vraj leela is very significant. The lines said by Narsinh Mehta testify its importance. O Brahmasrishti! If you want to know then this path is exclusively ours.
Kahe Indravati suno re sathji, iha vilambh kidhani nahi vaar |
Ae ajvaalu kidhu maare vaale, aapan-ne aa vaar ||12||
Mahamati in the form of Indravati says, O my Sundarsath! Listen. This is not the time to delay here now. Sadguru Dhani has spread the light of knowledge for all of us.
Shri Raas Granth : Prakaran 5 : Verse 1 – 3
Ene pagle aapan chaaliye, kain paglaa ae re parmaan, sundarsathji |
Chit aanine rang maano, sundarsathji ||1||
O Brahmasrishti! Let us walk on the same path, the path of love through which we had marched towards Raas. This path is a proof. During the first trip while going from Braj to Raas we had considered this world and human body as trivial and had left them. Now recollect this episode in your heart and enjoy with Dhani in the similar way.
Raag Narsaiye nav varanavyo, maaro mann utkantha eh |
Charan pasaye re vaalaatane, tame saambhlo kahu hu teh ||2||
Devotee Narsinh Mehta has not described the Raas leela. I have a strong desire to describe it. Due to the grace of Dhani’s feet I am describing the Raas Leela, so please listen.
ShriDhaniye je re vachan kahyaa, te me saambhalyaa re anek |
Pan me re maaraa gajaa saaru, kain grahyaa che lavles ||3||
Sadguru Dhani has described the Braj and the Raas in many ways, but from that I have grasped only a bit of it according to the capacity of my brain.
