Shri Raas Granth : Prakaran 2 : Verse 17 – 22
श्री रास ग्रन्थ : प्रकरण २ : चौपाई १७ – २२
ते माटे तमे सुणजो साथ, एक कहुं अनूपम वात ।
चरचा सुणजो दिन ने रात, आपणने त्रूठा प्राणनाथ ॥१७॥
Te mate tame sunjo sath, ek kahu anupam vaat |
Charcha sunjo din ne raat, aapan-ne trutha Prannath ||17||
Hence O Sundarsath! Listen. I am saying something very unique (new), that you should listen to the discussion of Dhani day and night, because our beloved Sadguru is happy with us and is showering this vaani (divine talk).
वचन कह्यां ते मनमां धरो, रखे अधखिण पाछा ओसरो ।
आ पोहोरो छे कठण अपार, रखे विलम्ब करो आ वार ॥१८॥
Vachan kahya te mannma dharo, rakhe adhkhin pacha osro |
Aa pohoro che kathan apaar, rakhe vilamb karo aa vaar ||18||
O Brahmasrishti! Grasp the words spoken by Sadguru Dhani in your heart. Don’t even delay for half a second. This period is very difficult, hence utilise this invaluable time.
आ जोगवाई छे जो घणी, साहे आपणने थया धणी ।
बेठां आपण मांहे कहे, पण साथ मांहे कोई विरलो लहे ॥१९॥
Aa jogvai che jo ghani, sahe aapan-ne thaya Dhani |
Betha aapan mahe kahe, pan sath mahe koi virlo lahe ||19||
This human body (is for awakening of the soul) has been received as a priceless opportunity, our beloved Sadguru is also ready to help us. He is sitting in my inner heart and speaking but only the rarest of the rare Sundarsath will grasp all these words.
साथ माहें अजवालुं थयुं, पण भरम तणुं अंधारुं रह्यं ।
ते टाल्यानो करुं उपाय, तो मनोरथ पूरण थाय ॥२०॥
Sath mahe ajvalu thayu, pan bharam tanu andharu rahyu |
Te talyane karu upaay, to manorath puran thay ||20||
The divine light of the tartam has spread among the Brahmasrishti, but the darkness (ignorance) due to confusions hasn’t gone away completely. I am thinking about a strategy to remove it so that all the wishes of the Sundarsath get fulfilled.
जे मनोरथ मनमां थाय, ततखिण कीजे तेणे ताय ।
आ जोगवाई छे पाणी बल, आपण करी बेठा नेहेचल ॥२१॥
Je manorath mann-ma thay, tatkhin kije tene taay |
Aa jogvay che pani bal, aapan kari betha nehechal ||21||
If the desire to do the good deeds comes into the mind, then the efforts to do it should be done instantly because this human body is ephemeral and we have considered it as eternal.
नेहेचल जोगवाई नहीं एणे ठाम, अधखिणमां थाय कै काम ।
इन्द्रावती कहे आ वार, निद्रा नव कीजे निरधार ॥२२॥
Nehechal jogvay nahi ene tham, adhkhinma thay kai kaam |
Indravati kahe aa vaar, nidra nav kije nirdhaar ||22||
This transitory body in this world is not indestructible and imperishable. Here in a moment countless incidents occur. Hence Indravati says that now with a firm resolution leave the deep sleep of ignorance.
Shri Raas Granth : Prakaran 3 : Verse 1 – 4
श्री रास ग्रन्थ : प्रकरण ३ : चौपाई १ – ४
भूंडा जीव जागजे रे,
कांई धणी तणे चरण पसाए, तुं भरम उडाडजे रे (टेक) ॥१॥
Bhoonda jiv jaagje re,
Kain Dhani tane charan pasaye, tu bharam udadje re (tek) ||1||
O evil soul! You should get up (awake) now. With the grace of beloved Dhani’s feet, sacrifice the sleep of confusion and identify yourself (your original form).
आपण निद्रा केम करुं रे, निद्रानो नथी लाग ।
भरमनी निद्रा जे करे, कांई तेहनुं मोटुं अभाग ॥२॥
Aapan nidra kem karu re nidrane nathi lag |
Bharamni nidra je kare, kain tehnu motu abhaag ||2||
If we will sleep now then how will it work? This is not the time to remain in sleep (remain ignorant). It is unfortunate for those who will remain in sleep due to the confusion.
आ जोगवाई छे आपणी, नहीं आवे बीजी वार ।
हाथ ताली दीधे जाये छे, भूंडा का न करे हजी सार ॥३॥
Aa jogvai che aapni, nahi aave biji vaar |
Hath taali didhe jaye che, bhunda kaa na kare haji saar ||3||
This human body will not be attained for the second time. With every breath it is passing by. O evil soul! Why are you not being cautious even now?
धणी रे आपणमां आवियां, भूंडा कां नव जागे जीव ।
पेरे पेरे तुंने प्रीछव्यो, तु हजी करे कां ढील ॥४॥
Dhani re aapanma aaviya, bhunda kan nav jage jiv |
Pere pere tune prichavyo, tu haji kare kan dheel ||4||
Dhani has come between us. O Evil soul! Why don’t you wake up? Repeatedly Dhani has explained you in various ways, now why are you delaying?
