Welcome to my Blog

Pranam !!

This is a blogging website where you will get to know about some truths, practices, ideologies and principles related to the oldest religion in the world Sanatan Dharma (Eternal Religion) i.e. Hinduism & The Pranami Sampraday through my eyes. Hinduism is known as Sanatan Dharma because it has been in existence since the beginning of the Universe. Some of you may doubt at its existence and think that this religion and its sacred or holy books were written by human beings, but I would like to bring to your notice that as Newton had discovered the Law of Gravitational Force, that doesn’t mean the laws didn’t exist, right? It simply means that the Laws were “discovered”. Similarly the laws of our religion also existed but have been explained or compiled or gathered by various Rishis or Gyanis after the creation of Universe (Brahmand), hence it is known as Sanatan, perpetual i.e. lasting or existing forever. Whereas Dharma means duties or responsibilities or a way of living defined or outlined in the religious texts or books.

Sanatana Dharma is based on the belief of reincarnations or rebirths and getting redemption from such rebirths. This religion stresses on achieving the highest goal of the soul that is liberation, moksha or complete freedom from the cycle of birth and death. We human beings are very fortunate for getting an opportunity to walk on this path and be free from everything, because unlike other living organisms we have got a brain to think and mind which can make us act upon it. Moksh is achieved only through knowledge (gyan), devotion (bhakti) and renunciation (vairagya). Some of you might think these words sound very difficult and are hard to implement, but as you have come to my blog I will make sure to show you the ways of easily attaining self-realisation by regularly posting different thoughts, stories, experiences and articles.

Pranami Sampraday has all the revelations regarding the Supreme Lord (Parmatma), the Supreme abode (Paramdham), the reason of creation of the Universe etc & it shows you the ways of getting liberated by being a devotee of Shri Krishna (Parmatma). The Pranami Sampraday is also known as Nijanand Sampraday founded by Acharya Shri Devchandraji Maharaj & was widely propagated by his chief disciple Mahamati Shri Prannathji.
